Description:

Develops, solicits and closes new accounts, generates sales quotations, and handles customer inquiries. Not looking for an order taker - must be able to put together deals based on the company's product and customer's needs. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Company converts and distributes fine paper. The position entails calling on printers, publishers, paper converters and any other outlet for the company's products. • Generate creative designs, improvements and solutions
• Review design concepts and approaches/alternatives
  Prepare conceptual designs or layouts for CAD modelers.
• Follow engineering standards, guidelines, and practices as developed to support project and group objectives.
• Identify and implement design process improvements.
  Work with manufacturing, sourcing and suppliers to meet product cost targets.
• Assure that design configurations meet fit, function and structural integrity criteria
• Develop loads and prepare analyses using accepted structural analysis methods and references

  Organizes engineering design project by identifying short-term and long-range issues; preparing timetables, cost estimates, and required resources.

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in mechanical design.
• Successful candidate will have working knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance analysis and structural analysis.
• Familiarity with ANSYS and FEA methods is a plus.
• The preferred candidate will have been through the complete design cycle, from conceptual design to field support, on multiple parts, components, or assemblies.
• Knowledge of Military or Government/Auto standards.
• Starting salary range: $60-75k

Job Description:

CDL "A" with a min of 2 years experience and a clean record (two or more convictions in a 3 years period will disqualify). No more than 2 minor violations in a 3 year period adding up to a total of 6 points. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Will drive a company commercial vehicle over an established route to unload and render customer service to store locations. On occasion may be assigned to yard work, which entails shuttling tractor/trailers to and from the logistic company, and repositioning trailers parked on the yard include backing trailers to dock doors.

Deliver product by sliding tray and product from truck bed to lift gate/ramp to dollies. Verify dough, store cooler and trailer temperatures at each stop. Load product onto dolly and unload product at each customer location. Rotate stock in the cooler, then move delivered product into cooler. Pickup damages or unsold product. Empty tray containers and deliver to Distribution Center. Occasionally collect non-cash COD's from customers. Listen to and timely resolve customer service complaints. Required to wear and follow uniform standards of the company at all times. Attend scheduled safety, team meetings and training sessions.

Responsible for verifying and securing load prior to dispatch. Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety vehicle inspections at every stop. Verify log of driving activities. Comply with DOT log regulations by using on-board computer system-Cadec.
